European University Alliances as Territorial Actors: Contributing to Regional Development and Territorial Revitalisation

As the European Union enters a new programming cycle, European Universities Alliances have an unprecedented opportunity to expand their role beyond education and research and to become strategic partners in regional development, innovation, territorial resilience and place-based growth.
This high-level policy dialogue Will examine the future role of European Universities Alliances in building more resilient, competitive and inclusive territories across Europe, and Will open a shared reflection on how these alliances can turn their institutional strengths into lasting territorial impact.
