The visit of Justina Čekanauskienė from University of Klaipeda (Lithuania, EU-CONEXUS Alliance) to the University of Turin provided a valuable opportunity to exchange practices on communication strategies within European University Alliances.Discussions focused on coordination models, internal workflows, and collaboration across institutions. The meeting highlighted the growing importance of inter-alliance cooperation in strengthening communication and impact at the European level.

Fostering collaboration among European University Alliances is becoming increasingly essential to ensure the effectiveness, visibility, and long-term sustainability of their initiatives. In this context, the recent visit of Justina Čekanauskienė from University of Klaipeda in Lithuania, part of the EU-CONEXUS Alliance, to the University of Turin represented a meaningful opportunity to exchange experiences and strengthen inter-alliance dialogue.

The meeting with the UNITA office and UNITA GEIE office focused on communication strategies and organizational models, exploring how UNITA and EU-CONEXUS alliances structure their internal processes and coordinate activities across multiple universities and offices.

During the visit, both sides presented their respective approaches to communication management, highlighting similarities and differences in workflows, tools, and coordination mechanisms.
