The governance of UNITA aims at building the model for an institutionalised European university <\/strong><\/span><\/span>and ensuring the fully operational and measurable implementation of Alliance tasks and deliverables in a quality framework with academic and societal impact.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

We have entrusted our day-to-day cooperation to a series of inter-institutional work package and task teams that will follow step-by-step activity roadmaps they have designed, guided by the alliance leadership.<\/p>

For this purpose, the partner institutions are committed in:<\/p>

  • Update and maintain the\u00a0governance structures<\/strong>, and further develop a\u00a0model for an institutionalised European university through long-term visions and strategies both for effective and inclusive governance at partner and alliance level\u00a0and per policy domain.<\/li>
  • Establish and maintain the\u00a0management structures<\/strong>, in particular the UNITA Offices, fully integrating new partners, engaging students, academic and administrative staff, stimulating the involvement of associated partners.<\/li>
  • Update and mainstream the\u00a0UNITA Quality Assurance policy and assessment tools<\/strong>\u00a0developed during the first phase, in accordance with the European Standard Guidelines.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
