Ils ont tenu \u00e0 rappeler la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 pour chacun et chacune d\u2019avoir la possibilit\u00e9 de faire des choix de carri\u00e8re \u00e9clair\u00e9s, tout en prenant en compte les barri\u00e8res qui peuvent encore subsister pour les femmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9parties en 6 bin\u00f4mes, les 12 femmes qui ont pris part \u00e0 ce programme ont pu se rencontrer en autonomie durant 10 mois, chaque mentor\u00e9e r\u00e9cemment arriv\u00e9e dans l\u2019institution ayant ainsi pu profiter de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience et des conseils de sa mentore, plus exp\u00e9riment\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces quelques mois ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 ponctu\u00e9s de plusieurs temps forts&nbsp;: deux ateliers sur la sensibilisation \u00e0 l\u2019affirmation de soi et aux st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes de genre, ainsi qu\u2019un bilan \u00e0 mi-parcours avec un atelier de co-d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le programme de mentorat a \u00e9t\u00e9 cl\u00f4tur\u00e9 le 12 novembre dernier sur le campus du Bourget-du-Lac. L\u2019occasion de tirer le bilan de cette premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition, tr\u00e8s positif pour toutes les participantes.
