In short

This is a static website. It sets no cookies, uses no trackers, runs no analytics and makes no requests to any third-party domain. The published pages contain no personal data. That is why you are not shown a consent banner.

What is published

The pages list institutional information only: institution names, countries and alliance membership for context. They contain no names of individuals, no positions, no email addresses and no handwritten signatures.

No cookies, no trackers

Nothing is written to your browser: no cookie, no localStorage, no sessionStorage. The interactive map uses a small script and a mapping library hosted on this same site, together with a local outline of Europe: it does not load map tiles or scripts from any third-party domain. Your IP address is therefore not disclosed to any third party as a consequence of your visit.

If you write to us

When you use a contact link, your message is sent from your own mail application to unita@unito.it. The data you provide on that occasion (name, email address, message content) is used solely to reply to you, on the basis of your own initiative, and is neither shared nor used for any other purpose.

Your rights

For any personal data you may have sent us by email, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to its processing. To exercise those rights, write to unita@unito.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the Member State in which you reside; the list is published by the European Data Protection Board.
