Internationalisation of European Universities Alliances: the new frontier

This event is hosted by the Université de Toulouse and the Région Occitanie and will be held on September 17. From 8h45 to 13h00, at the Hôtel de Région Occitanie in Toulouse. The event will explore why and how European Universities alliances build strategic partnerships with universities and stakeholders beyond the European Union. Across the sessions, European Universities alliances will discuss their internationalisation strategies and approaches and present case studies about how alliances can forge successful international connections.   

Programme 

Beyond a first plenary session, the event will feature two focus sessions to deepen the understanding of collaborative opportunities in two key regions. First, participants will discuss ongoing and future collaborations with Ukraine partners in the context of the war and post-war reconstruction context. Then, the discussion will focus on cooperation between Alliances and African partners. Attendees will also have the opportunity to network with others during the coffee break.
