The 2nd one-day conference on European citizenship will take place on November 25, 2022 from 9 am to 5.15 pm (CET) at the Presidency of the Université Savoie Mont Blanc (USMB) in Chambéry. Open to everyone upon registration, it will be led by a dozen specialists from UNITA member universities. The event will also be broadcast live.
The various presentations will focus on European citizenship, but also on the history of European construction, European law, the crisis of the rule of law, fundamental rights, the environment, migrations...
Philippe Galez, President of the USMB, and Alfonso De Salas, former Head of the Division of Intergovernmental Cooperation on Human Rights and Secretary of the Steering Committee for Human Rights at the Council of Europe, will open and close this meeting.
