The Turin Spring School on EU Integration, Law and Justice is organized by the Law Department of the University of Turin.
The present edition of the Turin Spring School focuses on conditionality in EU law and policy. EU financial disbursements to Member States have increasingly come with conditions attached, enhancing the ability of supranational institutions to exert influence in key policy areas. The Spring School aims to offer an in-depth analysis and a critical assessment of this phenomenon, including its implications on the balancing of different objectives of the European integration process.
