The EGAI project kicks off in Torino

Unita as a Model for Institutionalized University Cooperation: from the European Grouping of Economic Interest to the European Grouping of Academic Interest.

EGAI is a project funded by the ERASMUS+, Call “Pilot institutionalised EU cooperation instruments to explore the feasibility for a possible European legal status for alliances of higher education institutions”.

The project aims to analyse and promote the use of the European Economic Interest Grouping (EEIG) as an instrument of institutionalised university cooperation, with the ultimate goal of designing a new type of grouping, specifically designed for academic purposes.
