The European Economic Interest Group UNITA-Universitas Montium (EEIG), an alliance of six European universities (University of Beira Interior, University of Zaragoza, University of Pau et des Pays de L’adour, University of Savoie Mont Blanc, University of Torino and the University of Vest din Timisoara), organizes the workshop on “Interpersonal Skills and Sustainability”, directed to workers of small and medium enterprises of the respective regions, with the main goal of the development and/or consolidation of social and interpersonal skills, providing knowledge and tools for better choice and management of work teams and in leadership, in order to create a good work environment and awaken their interest in the theme of sustainable development and organizational sustainability.
