The work of the On June 2022, a meeting of the Alliance of European universities UNITA took place at the Western University of Timisoara (Romania).
During such meeting Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University (CHNU) was introduced in the eventful and intense life of UNITA Alliance.
CHNU became Associated Partner in the second phase of UNITA, starting from November 2023.
For a clearer consolidation of efforts in this direction and expansion of the horizons of this cooperation, which is useful both for the educational and scientific activities of the university, and in general on the path of European integration of Ukraine for the actual entry of Ukrainian universities into the space of European practices, by order of Rector Roman Petryshyn on March 26, 2024, the "UNITA Project Office" at Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University was created.
Office involves in the joint coordination and organizational work both the employees of the Scientific Research Department and the International Office, as well as the actual scientific and pedagogical staff members of the university, who carry out the coordination of the research Hubs, and are responsible for the most diverse formats of interaction with partners from the UNITA consortium.
